so many questions, 1) what did tech know before they offered (paid) him 2) what did they give him up front 3) is the contract contingent on him actually playing games 4) does he have to give back whatever he has received 5) what about his classes? oh, wait, skip that last one that was oh so many years ago (3? 4?) when they had to go to classes.

Just a guess, but would not be surprised if the NCAA is ready to ride this through the courts. And part of this starts getting into contract law. The gambler chose to go play under the NCAA's authority. What's next, he doesn't like that he can't take steroids?

Wow, he should have never see the field in college again. Also love it just because the SEC and BIG10 are probably pissed but that is what you get when keep the NCAA have having no power of Authority.

so, basically all rules concerning college sports should be abolished and the schools, agents and players decide what they can do, where they can go and what if anything they will abide by. Class? flunk out? claim you will lose income. It is incredible that a judge could rule this way. And the judge is a BU grad. The original judge in Lubbock, a tech grad, reclused himself as he didn't want any part of it.
