Well, that's because when he visited Tech, they told him they were going to take him to Hooters. When he asked "why a Hooters", they assumed he must be stupid!

With the offers that Edward Williams has, why in the world would he want to go to Texas Tech since he's from New Orleans.

He doesn't even have an offer from Tulane on his offers list..?.. something is amiss with this story, it appears. So, if the posts are right about mom not signing any letter accept from Tulane... then see why the kid wants to go 700 miles away to school.
