Who knows how they’ll be playing at the end of the season, but these last 2 games look like a serious tournament team that can go deep. Like some of those smaller but tenacious teams like Izzo’s best Mich St teams, or the UConn greats. I hope whether by design or accident this will cause Jamie to let go the idea that he has to have a big, plodding guy in the middle. Teams that can’t take their pick of the best of the best bigs, are probably better off going with more-talented smaller guys, rather than 2nd-tier bigs.

I think Jamie has a smart looking talented team that can really play the way he wants/needs them to. I’m actually getting excited about this team again. Looking forward to where we can go. Great job guys- go beat Notre Dame!

Interesting stat. Starters for TCU shot 80% on threes, 8-10. And 61% overall. Bench was 0-4 on threes, and 1-16 overall.
