I’m a competition bbq cook (which is why I drive down to that area on certain Fridays…for competitions..was planning on one in Uvalde this coming weekend but work interfered…actually have one Seguin Jan 10). Ernest is a friend. Been to Burnt Bean many times before snd since it made the list and it deserves the top spot. The Big Red tres leches cake is (was? might be off the menu now) amazing. I tell everybody who asks that’s the spot you can’t miss.
