As some of you may be aware, the Vision in Action plan that TCU started in 2003 recently moved into its third phase - Lead On.
TCU has been in the midst of a strategic planning process regarding Lead On for the past several months culminating in a series of reports complied by committees comprising faculty, staff, and students.
Lead On Strategic Plan
I've been humbled to have been a part of the committee for Goal 3 of the Lead On initiative: Strengthen TCU Experience and Campus Culture.
Tomorrow, March 21st, between 11am-1pm @ the BLUU Auditorium there will be a presentation and the committee co-chairs will share some of the themes we've come up with in each of our four different committees.
It's open to anyone, if you are able to make it please come and see the findings we've made. The work that is being done now will help shape TCU in the years to come.
These reports will eventually be presented to the Board of Trustees.
