We are bad at the plate...hard to watch teams that take advantage of mistakes and we only score on walks and errors...do we have any hitters on the radar next year?

Our plate approach leaves a lot to be desired. Don’t understand Oviedo swinging 3-0 and then again 3-1 in that AB

Have to wonder why Eissler saw his pitching fall apart in the 4th and 5th after coasting in the 1st 3 innings. Wonder if it is mechanics or a mental thing but has to be frustrating for TCU to have their starters not being able to consistently get to the 6th at least.

Frogs need to get it going the UT rally.

Maybe because he’s not really a starter and he averages about two innings per appearance. Not much more to it I would guess.

In the 6th, both teams squander an opportunity to get the go ahead run. Interesting to see TCU break tendencies and go with the sacrifice bunt. Hopefully with Wymer's finish to that inning he can settle in. The 7th could be a big inning for the Frogs with 9, 1 and 2 of the order coming up.

In the 7th, TCU misses on a chance to get in the go ahead run. Wymer settles in but TCU may want to consider walking Clemens the next go around. Score still tied 3-3. It seems the Frogs will need to find a way to manufacture a run tonight as the hitting just isn't there to drive the runner in.

In the 8th, Connor has a nice single but UT gets a nice double play to end the threat. Was hoping we might try a hit and run in that situation. But Wymer had a nice inning of his own and so the game goes on to the 9th 3-3. Another chance for a big inning here if we can get on a base runner with the top of the order coming up.
