For those of you with at&t/who are interested, the LHN has mack brown going over the TCU film right now.

Having seen bits and pieces of the LHN, I don't think there's any way GMFP would want to put up with that (Craig James)...I truly believe he's gonna retire here.

"This is where they kicked our a$$"

"This is also where they kicked our a$$"

"Again, this is a point in the game where they kicked our a$$"

I watched it all the way thruough. Did you know that UT made Mack so proud? I mean, how they gutted it up and played for pride to stop us in the fourth quarter?

Mack was the one addressed by Scipio Tex in his post game Barking Carnival article linked here. His analysis challenged the mental competence of anyone who saw that as something other than TCU pulling in its claws and insuring the win by prioritizing burning the clock.

Did you also know that Texas won everything except the scoreboard? No? Neither did I until I watched that rewind segment. About the only time Mack gave us our due credit was when he couldn't spin Verret's 1st quarter interception at the six and then our methodically marching for a 94 yatd TD drive.

That whole spasm of a show was puzzling and pitiful to watch to connect the narrative with what was going on in the action...particularly when I saw how many of their more senior players who were simply out hit, and as a result, are not coming back to play this season. Makes me understand what I formerly though was a random stat about no conference opponents winning their next game after playing the Froggies.

Agreed. Pretty much the tone of the entire thing was "waaaahhhhhhhh" and "we're the better team and played better, but SOMEhow we lost????" Pretty ridiculous.

But, then again, the man is fighting for his job and is trying his very best to make the loss look better than it actually was. He failed.
