It is not as important as it used to be considering everyone is loading up on JUCO and portal players. The compromise would be to have a rotating quadrant system.I agree with you, but the other Big 12 schools want and need access to Texas high school recruits. I am sure that was promised to the new members of the league when they joined.
I'm betting we are bringing back the 1970s noise clickers:We really are changing our mascot to a squirrel?
I knew it!We really are changing our mascot to a squirrel?
That squirrel mascot better have some huge nuts.I knew it!
We're merging our football program and becoming TSCMU.After much thought, I don't think this is about Ireland. That is not news conference worthy. Maybe Gary is coming back in some position.
Well the new schools would be in the Texas division anyways. Pretty stupid and unfair that the Texas schools have to abandon their rivalries because Kansas and WVU want to “have access” to Texas.I agree with you, but the other Big 12 schools want and need access to Texas high school recruits. It would be our first international game. Perhaps someone at TCU (Cohen) would think that newsworthy. IDK.After much thought, I don't think this is about Ireland. That is not news conference worthy. Maybe Gary is coming back in some position.
All but probably Arkansas State and TBD home opponents are quite capable of beating TCU...and have proven it over the past few years....A blah slate, I'm afraid....Honestly not a terrible schedule as far as opponent. But it just feels hollow with no Texas or Okie schools.

Which, along with just having BYU in the WAC, led to the demise of the WAC....It is not as important as it used to be considering everyone is loading up on JUCO and portal players. The compromise would be to have a rotating quadrant system.
Still have mine...yeah, nerd treasure....LOLI'm betting we are bringing back the 1970s noise clickers:

Old Style?Maybe following in Coastal Carolina's footsteps with some free football concessions.
Our course all beer will be $25.
Would the Texas schools prefer to be in the AAC? It's not like we had a better alternative, right?Well the new schools would be in the Texas division anyways. Pretty stupid and unfair that the Texas schools have to abandon their rivalries because Kansas and WVU want to “have access” to Texas.
CorrectWell…Ireland here we come
