We won the doubles point with victories by Rybo/Nunez and Gray/Johnson. And Rybakov, Kruger and the Little Beast took their singles matches and we've just pulled off our biggest upset of the year!!!! We've won 4 straight over highly-ranked foes, we've leapt up to #11 in the nation, Rybo wins his 8th straight, Kruger comes through and Guillermo does it again with a thrilling tie-break win!! First, Cam beats Kypson in Miami and the Frogs win their 5th straight against A&M and are heading for the Top 10!!

Always nice to beat the aggies. Seems like we’re starting to come on...

At some point, probably sooner that later, we stop looking at these as upsets, right?
The latest rankings were released yesterday and A&M was #6, Florida was #9 and TCU is 11th, so those are still upsets. But Columbia and Duke are now below the Frogs, so those are no longer upsets. On our remaining schedule, we play no one else ranked above us (TCU is once again tops in the Big12, but Texas is 12th), so no more upsets. We do play at Texas though at their new facility.

So we beat the aggies without their top player?
Yeah, but the computers won't know he wasn't there. And Cam Norrie beat him yesterday too, so we beat him anyway. Kypson's deal with A&M (he was the nation's top ranked recruit last year) was that they'd allow him to play pro tourneys and he hasn't actually played for them since the Georgia match. Is he their best player? Well, Rinderknech is pretty good and both have been playing #1 when Kypson's been playing pro or has been suspended.
