Ha - reminds me of a story about Valentine and Nolan Ryan. Ryan was coming back from injury IIRC, and Valentine said, all I ask is that when I pull you, you wait to walk off with me.

Valentine pulls him earlier than Nolan wanted, and as BV comes to the mound, Nolan walks off and passes him on the way to the hill.

Nolan gets big cheers, and when BV walks off, he gets booed mercilessly.
