TCU Baseball v Minnesota Game Thread

Looks like there wasn't one, so here we go.

Gophers plated one in the top of the first due to a couple of errors.

In the bottom of the first we had runners at first and second with one out and Watson at the plate, and for some reason unbenowst to me tried to steal third on the first pitch. He was thrown out, of course. Then we flied out to end the inning.

Gave up three straight hits to Gophers to start the top of the second; they played another. 2-0 them.

On to B2.

Balta sends a ball to the center field warning track to flyout.

Rizer lines a double over the right fielder. Oviedo up, and balk sends Rizer to third.

Oviedo looks at strike three, but Shepherd sends a grounder to short stop that he booted, scoring Rizer. 2-1 heading to T3.

Janczek on the bump. Gives up lead-off single to right, and then strikes out second batter. Humphries throws out the Runner trying to steal second. Two outs. Ground out to first base for the third out. On to B3. 2-1 them

Wanhanen leads off with a hot single past first. Humphries in the box. Hit and be in on, Humphries grounds out to second but moves the Runner to second. Baker steps up.
