Watching OSU vs S Alabama. OSU flagged for targeting. Head to head. Thing is, the OSU dB attempted a football hit, but the runner lowered his head too, resulting in the head to head. Seems unfair to the tackler. I say throw the runner out too, for lowering his head.

It's out of control. They need to change the rule, or else the design of helmets to make them less obtrusive. Pretty much impossible to make a tackle without any helmet contact when two guys are each wearing a dome the size of a hot air balloon.

The penalty should be 30 minutes of game time max. Once 30 minutes comes off the clock in the current game or over 2 games, the player should be allowed to return.
