Sptspage: Shutting down Tech offense still didn't cut it for TCU

As the crowd cleared out at Amon G. Carter Stadium Thursday night, TCU safety Innis Gaines was one of the last Horned Frogs to exit the field.
It was a faster departure than usual for TCU after the customary playing of the alma mater, though some had to let the events sink in before heading to the locker room. Highly unusual at that, given the Frogs had just held Texas Tech to a mere 17 points. Heck, no opponent had held Kliff Kingsbury and the Red Raiders to fewer than 34 points in their last four outings.
