Seriously though, never understood the Belichick hype. When coaching a team that doesn’t include the greatest quarterback ever to put on cleats BY FAR, the dude is 68-95 overall with 1 postseason victory in 11 seasons. A winning percentage of .417 that falls neatly between Chan Gailey and Dave Campo.

Only thing that catches my attention is seeing some of the reports/video out of Chapel Hill in the Spring. The coaching staff has some guys of the pro model. Lots of Discipline. They will place the best chance to win on the field. And they have been getting real with those kids, and the kids seem to be taking it and not going powder puff. Obviously, dude the rings means they won't go snowflake so quick.

Our guys have to be tougher than their guys. Sonny has been preaching how important it is to have great camps everyday.

Sonny is good about "preaching" the right things, just not always getting it out of his guys. He's of the "Here's what you guys need to do to win, now go out and do it" school. Doesn't always seem to be able to know how, or be able get it out of his guys. Kinda just leaves it up to them.
