It's still difficult for me to get my head around this OU debacle. Reaves popped us for 31 in the other OU game which was the most points scored by an individual in a conf. game as of that date. Jamie knew he was dangerous against us for some unknown reason.
Throat slashing, choking, whatever, we obviously choked. OU starts out the Big 12 tournament against WV and Reaves is averaging 9.5 pts./game against them. I rewatched the game again and he was blistering hot, no way we could cover him 1 on 1. Bello was lost and left him and RJ picked him up, what a bonehead defensive play Jamie drew up. Double team/trap, I didn't see Jamie try it to take the ball out of his hands or deny him the ball.
