Sonny, Please say goodbye to Briles

Briles, when your RB is averaging over 6 yards per carry, why can't you stick with pounding the rock?

Just gotta throw it almost every down don't you? Can't help yourself .
Don't you get tired of 2nd & 9 or 2nd & 12 after your cutesy short passes constantly get blown up?

Just watched A&M run it 12 times on their last drive (including 9 straight). Impressive. Ok, now I’m going to vomit after saying that about aggy

You want to see what we should/need to be?

Look at Tech. Across the line have big bodies like the sec.

They are straight up running over their opponents.

If we don't get our NIL focus straight, quick we are going to be North Texas.

This.

Imbecile nepotism has gotten us nowhere. I had hoped that we would have a great year, and someone would hire The Whelp away from us, and we would be rid of the Briles stink. But, no...
Well, two to three more years of this and both will be away from us in the unemployment line. Of course that means we have to wade through 2-3 more middling seasons or low performing seasons.

I don’t think we’ll be that bad but if Tech closes out this year as strong as they’ve started, they will become the big boys of the conference.

They have the momentum. They have the money and are willing to spend it. They have to pay more to get recruits out there but they’re willing to do it.

Add in the attention span of today’s youth and they have already forgotten about TCU being in the NC game and if they haven’t, all they remember is we got boat raced. They will gravitate towards Tech for the money and perceived “it” factor right now, and cause McGuire seems like a player’s coach even tho he still just seems like a glorified high school coach to me.

I am not worried about Tech. I am worried about TCU. I would love to see a breakdown on what our NIL payout looks like. If we make some adjustments to it, we will be fine. But we might need a new coach to prioritize the OL and DL.

The O gave KSU this game, and that is on the coordinator. We lose by 13 which is less than the defensive scores. I don't think Dykes is as committed to Briles as some might suggest. He has gone after Briles before, and Briles got the message and turned it around. I would bet the patience is running thin again.

This season is starting to remind me of the 2023 season. We are scoring in garbage time. Briles can't seem to scheme open playmakers. He can't establish an offense. It's just hot and cold with him! Is he trying to lose games just to get back at TCU? Does he do just enough to not get fired, but still get his revenge on TCU? He should have never been hired in the first place! Briles just needs to do the honorable thing and go away, but honor isn't something known for.

I don't understand the lack of commitment to the running game either. And if we don't throw deep to Mcallister at least 4 times per game we are dumb.

Credit to KSU for dropping a player in coverage to take away the slant game to McCallister. Also, there is something to the new clock rules and reducing the number of possessions there are in games. This definitely has some bearing on abandoning the run down two scores in the 4th quarter.

HE abandoned the run game in the third quarter.

Again, Briles didn’t turn the ball over 3 teams leading to 21 points.
he did call backwards passes and not have his play ready causing a delay of game coming out of a tv timeout.

running back ripping 7 yards per carry and dip nut waste plays with crap like backwards passes and underneath routes in heavy coverage.

sorry, but when you put that much on a qb facing a rush and routes shut down, it's gonna be a turnover.

KSU had a better game plan. As usual, adjustments weren’t made.

Wonder what that sounds like on the headset???
Do they emphasize the backwards part of it?
Just curious
