So I went to the University of North Texas board...

Until about a month ago, I never interacted much with University of North Texas fans and being bored one day, I decided to go to their boards. Good lord what a mess. Sure there were some nice ones on board and were very complimentary of TCU. The rest of them however, began hurling insults and other garbage such as "UT lapdog" and "You're ride in the sun is almost over", "Rich boy", "Drug addict", Things quickly got personal and so on. So from that point forward, I was honest about University of North Texas and how they will most likely never amount to anything. So eventually I got most of my posting rights revoked.


I've always felt indifferent towards University of North Texas and even a little sympathetic. But after spending some time on GMG, they truly deserve everything coming to them. The rest of you guys who lurk on there, don't be surprised if they come after you too.

I am on the GoMeanGreen board and this one (I went to University of North Texas and I am about to graduate from TCU). To be honest most people on both just want to argue with each other and complain about anything and everything. University of North Texas fan base is growing. I went to all but one TCU home game and two University of North Texas home games this season. University of North Texas had way more fans and students in attendance than they ever did when I went to school there ten years ago. Still, Going to TCU games is way more exciting and eventful... Even though University of North Texas is getting some more fans.

A few. My buddy went to University of North Texas for their Real Estate program but never went to a football game while he was there. A month or so ago, University of North Texas played UH in Houston so we went. It felt like a high school game.

However, the ladies did like our University of North Texas shirts at Kays Lounge so it worked out.

So your roddog for University of North Texas board? Leave the junior college/ trade school alone!

Back when they were known as North Texas State University (NTSU), their campus radio station was KNTU.

When their name changed to University of North Texas and became widely referred to as University of North Texas, they kept their radio station call letters as KNTU.
