Skip came on strong at ECU then jumped to USF and didn't have the success he did like at ECU. The athletic director at La. Tech better get it together after blowing a chance to go to a bowl game.

They did not want top play ULM and hoped for a better game (Liberty Bowl) but lost that when OU went to the Cotton.
