STILLWATER — The Oklahoma State University Police Department is investigating allegations that a student illegally made a sex tape at the on-campus apartment of an OSU football player.

On Saturday morning, a female student told OSU police officer Clint Leach that her ex-boyfriend, also a student, made a video of the pair together without her knowledge or consent. The video was made in October, according to the incident report.

OSUPD has classified the case as a peeping Tom investigation, which can result in either a felony or misdemeanor charge, according to the Oklahoma State Courts Network.

OSUPD said this is a peeping Tom investigation. In todays politically correct society, why should somebody named Tom be the ridicule of all these assults. Maybe a girl videotaped it, maybe it should be a peeping Kathy investigation.

Was Case McCoy watching?

Was Case McCoy watching?

It's not "watching," it's "loosening up on the sidelines."

I'd like to see evidence...

I get the sex & video, but unclear on the lying part. Was Te'o's girlfriend there for a 3 some?

I don't think it was case that was loosening up..

[Limey Frog]

At least this isn't a story about a chap interfering with a horse.

Yeah, they're having quite a spirited and humorous conversation about it on OrangePower.com. I especially liked the response below.

Well as long as it's not a big drug scandal like TCU's last year!

"South Tulsa Poke"...I can't find that one in Urban Dictionary. Is that like "Dog in a Bathtub" but with two guys?
