Okay, those of you who have been here awhile know that this is nothing more than my yearly rattling of QuilterFrawg's cage. It's kind of a holiday tradition.

I have nothing against female football announcers. Their commentary on the colors of the uniforms is always highly insightful.

But on a more serious note: Why, in the name of Sweet 8-pound Baby Jesus, does ANYONE put pretzels in Chex Mix? Why not just add a few pieces of particleboard? It would be tastier.

I am totally down with the pretzel commentary. The remnants always get thrown away with the bag.

When we make it at home, we extra-cook the Chex, extra-sauce the mix and NO pretzels. Also, heavier on the rice and wheat Chex, lighter on the carn.

Actually, I've been half-watching the game and am kind of enjoying it. Probably because I don't care who wins. I was debating coming on here and making a similarly politically incorrect comment that I don't care for Beth (?) either. Even if she does sound masculine (Maniac!), makes it seem like a mom calling a high school game.

Who are we rooting for in the next game - Washington or Boise St?
