When I was on campus the graduating football players would typically get a shadowbox with their jersey and an action pic, and they would also get a helmet. Do they still get pretty much the same thing? Do they get to pick the jersey or helmet? With the amount of unis and equipment the team has nowadays, what do players typically get to keep?

Doesn't this metric count as a knock against you when a player transfers out? It seems I remember that presenting an issue for us at one point in the past maybe for basketball.
