They expressed their interest to the Big 12 last year. There are several articles out there about it. They apparently showed their improved TV numbers in southern CA. Nothing surprises me anymore. If those numbers were legit and they are good then anything is possible. I wonder how much of the TV market Maryland or Rutgers captured?
