Every time I go out to my cousin's place in Brock, at the exit off to the right, I see that wooded area that is a prayer pavillion. Who built that? Individual or church group?

At one time I had heard that answer & I think an individual owns that.

Is that for the softball players who were killed several years ago?

Not that I'm aware of....plus those girls were more known for basketball.

Brock is talking about adding football. Basketball may not rule for much longer.

At one point the trustees voted to play football. But the lead trustee moved away, they held another vote and voted t down in true Brock fashion.
Help me out here, Scott, wasn't that about 4-5 years ago?
Brock playing football? I'll believe it when I see it.

Until they get responsible School Board leadership that has some guts, I think they need to wait. They also need to get rid of the corrupt administrator who is the superintendent.

Big election coming May 8th over this, with a bunch of YA-hoos playing with huge amounts of Tax dollars. Small town politics....Brock is still in the 1960s.

It was a few yrs before that. So much corruption & 'Old Family' politics in Brock. The girls basketball coach is a cheater & abuser. Kinda sad......they sacrifice their daughters & allow this so they can bring home State Championship Trophies. The town is like a basketball cult.

Three were on the varsity basketball team, all of them were varsity cheerleaders.

The way my mom explains it to me, all the influx of new families are the ones that will eventually get football pushed through.

I truly believe it will reduce the talent level in basketball on the boys side. It won't do anything to derail the girls.
