I would bet its high and probably doesn't matter if they are hs or college

So the real question is does going to college hurt or help most kids increase their ability or draft stock

I don't think it's as high as you'd think. And to answer your question, most kids are gonna increase their chances by going to college. But trim that down to say the top 100 HS players in the country, which is really who we're talking about in terms of the draft, and I'd say most of those kids are better off signing out of HS. Quite honestly it's a case by case basis. What's good for some is bad for others.
