TCU OL Cade Bennett to receive NCAA waiver, return for 2026 season
The sixth-year senior will play a seventh season of college football next year.

The TCU Horned Frogs will have an important piece of their offensive line back for the 2026 season. CBS Sports reporter Matt Zenitz stated that offensive lineman Cade Bennett, a sixth-year player in his second season with the Horned Frogs, will receive a waiver from the NCAA and return to TCU next season. Bennett, who missed all of the 2024 season to an injury, played in 10 games during the 2025 campaign, earning the bulk of his time at left guard. Bennett started his career in 2020 and will be playing his seventh season of college football next year.
