Football 2027 3-star DL Darrien Neal commits to TCU
The Horned Frogs pick up their third recruit of the 2027 class.
Russell HodgesTCU beat out several Power 4 programs for 2027 three-star defensive line propect Darrien Neal. The 6-foot-3, 275-pounder from Denton Guyer committed to the Horned Frogs on Saturday, becoming TCU’s third member of the 2027 recruiting class (Drake Carroll, Brice McCurdy). Neal registered 54 tackles, 10 tackles for loss and a pair of sacks during his junior season in 2025. Neal had 26 tackles, four tackles for loss and a sack as a sophomore. Mike Roach of 247sports was first to report the news of Neal’s commitment to the Horned Frogs.
