Football: Colorado School of Mines RB transfer Landon Walker commits to TCU

The TCU Horned Frogs are welcoming a Fort Worth native into the fold. Multiple reports Tuesday afternoon revealed that Colorado School of Mines running back Landon Walker has committed to TCU and will play with the Horned Frogs as a graduate transfer. One of the top running backs at the NCAA Division II level, Walker has carried the ball 341 times for 2,220 yards (6.5 yards per carry) and 29 touchdowns over five years at the school. Walker, who earned his bachelor’s degree, will arrive in Fort Worth with one year of eligibility remaining.
