2026 TCU Baseball Season Preview: Cole Cramer, Jack Bell return to lead the infield
Cramer shined in 2025 after transferring in from Washington State.

TCU infielder Cole Cramer delivered several clutch hits for the Horned Frogs during the 2025 season. After transferring in from Washington State, Cramer led the team with 59 starts, making 46 at second base. The former Cougar slashed .320/.433/.419 with 71 hits and 43 RBIs in his first season as a Horned Frog. Back for 2026 as a graduate student, Cramer is one of several impact infielders who will be back in the TCU lineup this spring.
Junior infielder Jack Bell displayed his power in his first season with TCU last year. A transfer from Texas A&M, Bell made 39 starts, including 28 at third base, slashing .259/.376/.453 with six doubles, three triples, five home runs and 31 RBIs. The Horned Frogs will be looking for a new starter at shortstop, where All-Big 12 player and MLB Draft selection Anthony Silva thrived over the last three years. TCU will also need a new first baseman to replace Isaac Cadena, who made 20 starts there, and All-Big 12 player Karson Bowen, who also made 20 starts at the position. Bowen transferred to Florida after three years at TCU, while Cadena graduated from the roster.
