custom fitted hats

I keep looking and every site either has a minimum order of like 100 hats or the sites that sell flexfit singles dont embroider. The hat shops at the mall stopped selling flexfits and went to some other brand that just sucks, they dont hold their shape and the material is abrasive af. If anyone knows of a one stop website for flexfits please let me know!
