Bill passed on February 18th. TCU letterman (swimming). He had my great admiration for being able to put up with that cesspool of a facility next to Clark. RIP Bill “Moon” Rison.

We had several short, fast spirit pieces (gallops) designed to get the crowds fired up during time outs. One of them was called the Whippet. Prof Jacobsen never really understood why some of us thought it was funny when he'd say "Whippet out."

He was a really good guy, always friendly and ready to help. Me and a couple of buddies - we all knew him during our time at TCU - were just talking the other night about guys we've missed keeping up with, then I read about Bill. Too early, he will be missed.
