Based on the attention his ankle was receiving on the sideline, he rolled it on the ill-advised throw to him that resulted in an interception. Cal DB hit him low and rolled him up.

Yep. I was looking right at that when it happened. The Cal player actually dove at his knees from behind, pretty much after the play. IMO it was really a dirty play designed to do exactly what happened.... certainly wasn't the only cheap shot of the night though.
