Kaz left Baylor in 2016. He was with Dykes at SMU from 17-21.

I think this disengagement thing happens much more than any of us will ever know. By Players & Coaches staff.

So the guy would sacrifice his career to sabotage a team for another team he doesn't give two craps about?

I think this has more to do with the results. including a tough time in the trenches.
I think the AD may have alerted Sonny that they expect better results. But very few, if any teams, have had coaching changes mandated by the AD. It's usually the HC is told what the expectations are and the HC then makes the moves he think will keep him there.

I think people are making a leap saying the AD is why those changes were made. Everybody expected more from the S&C program when Kaz took over. And it probably just wan't a good fit. He may be lights out at the next stop.
