The TCU Horned Frog baseball squad played the first of five intrasquad games Friday, as it kicked off the Purple-White World Series. Trailing 2-1 late in the contest, the Purple squad put up a five spot in the eighth inning and never looked back. The Purple offensive attack was led by newcomer Zac Jordan, who was 4-for-4 with two doubles, a triple and two RBIs. Bryan Kervin pitched in with three base hits for the Purple squad as well.
