This is all null if we beat BU (scheiss em).

BUT, assuming the worst, if we lose next week and Texas, ISU, WVU, and OSU win, then there is a five-way tie for second. Not sure how that gets sorted out

TCU would advance. OSU and we would have the best records against the teams tied for 2nd (3-1), and we would win out on head-to-head over OSU.

If we lose and ISU wins, they are the 2 seed (unless some other crazy stuff happens. WVU is even still alive, technically).
In the OP scenario the tiebreaker begins with a mini-round robin among the remaining teams and in that scenario we have one loss to ISU, but ISU has two losses to Texas and OSU and will be eliminated. The Tie Breakers then will come down to OSU and TCU which we own the head to head.

I’ve already pointed that out above. You said that the championship game is set and it’s not. If We lose and Iowa State wins, it is very possible we do not advance.

OSU would need to lose against Kansas, possible I guess.

No, OSU can win and we still don’t advance if we lose, ISU wins and UT and WVU both lose. That would result in a 3-way tie between us, ISU and OSU. Each would be 1-1 against the others and ISU would advance because they alone beat the best non-tied team in the conference.

In that scenario we would still adcance
