I'm a big fan of Golf Digest's "Every Hole" flyover videos. The one of Oak Hill following its recent restoration has some great narrative by GD's architecture editor, Derek Duncan, who says the course has traditionally been "respected more than loved."


A lot of media observers are saying the course reminds of Winged Foot and could favor bomb-and-gougers. Yeah, I'm still not taking a flier on Bryson.

Essentially the modified stableford system. The PGA used to use this in a now defunct tournament in Colorado some years ago
