watching clemson earlier and then bama tonight and while they obviously have more talent than the frogs their play design is so much better it isn't even close and i still do not understand how in the world gary can have the offensive staff (aside from kelly who is developing into a recruiting witch and most likely won't be around long if changes don't come soon) if he is watching any of the offensive game tape

oh, bo nix suckx for someone so hyped
I loved the way Bama schemed to slow down the Georgia rush. Even with 4-5 star OL, your qb will get pressure and get hit when facing a quality D, but there was so much they did to help their OL and QB. They made those DL think, and that slowed them down JUST enough.

Was I supposed to type something here?

Execution. It ain't just the proper end of a judicial proceeding...

On the Killerfrogs Podcast this last week, much was said about the difference in players between the 2-3* kids from the Days of Yore that were coached-up and performed beautifully, to the 4-5* kids of today who are gifted physically but lacking the coachability and persistence of the "lesser" talent. Seems like the Alabamas are getting the physically gifted kids with their heads on straight, or they are scaring the living crap out of them from the moment they set foot on campus to straighten up and fly right.

Yep, and common sense might suggest that our highly rated kids are no longer being coached well versus the unlikelihood that someway somehow we are getting un-coachable 4 stars while other schools utilize their talent and truly do grow’em up instead of talking about it.

It helps when the 3rd stringers are NFL material. Tends to keep the starters focused.

How many other teams played this week?

aside from kansas who had the special teams player of the week (pooka williams who had a 92-yard kick return for a td) no one, but you make this sound like last week when 8 different centers were announced to be on the rimington award watch list.
