GMFP is a hands-on kind of guy. He revels in the one-on-one of coaching. I don't believe he's capable of taking a back seat, not do I think he'd fit in that role.
Like I always [ hundin] about with players, I have to accommodate the strengths of coaches. GMFP is a football coach, and excels at that hands-on tutelage of defensive players.

It’s just nice to see intentional play design. The tight end scraping the end just enough to give Jones time. Two routes on the same side that force a safety to make a decision.
