They just said during halftime of the Rams-Vikings that the Cowboys have been in contact with Deion.
I’d love to see that happen Honestly. I may be wrong with this thought, but I just can’t see Jerruh ever hiring an African American head coach. Think they‘ve only had two minority coordinators since he’s owned the team. So I fully see him as part of that good ole boy network the NFL has that isn’t going to go that route.

so I suspect it’ll be some retread coach that’s looking for a second chance and would be willing to accept Jerry being front/center on every decisio as part of their progress to some other team In a couple of seasons. (Gruden? Or maybe some bounced OC like Kliff)

Not surprising in the least, as I’ve long since thought this is where he was headed. Honestly, Deion may be one of the few that he may give a longer leash. Then the mad scramble out of Boulder will begin…

It’s hard to imagine Prime as the Cowboys coach because — for one — he’ll insist they draft Sheduer and prolly sign Shilo as well. Sheduer looks like [ Finebaum ] to me. Then what do you do with Dak and that contract?

OUCH!!!
If drafting Shedeur is part of Deion's demands then the Cowboys are probably out of luck. Dak has a no-trade clause in his contract. I highly doubt that he would approve a trade to a team that is in a position to draft Shedeur. Jerry would really have to work some magic in order to make that happen.

He once pulled off the greatest trade in NFL history.
