Try and find an 80s flick called 'The Hitcher' starring the excellent Mr. Hauer...I rewatched the original Blade Runner last night. Such a brilliant movie. Rutger Hauer absolutely nailed that role. I don’t believe he did much of note before or after that.
The road killer? The truck scene? If so, that is a creepy well done movie. I had forgotten about that one. That movie disturbed my girlfriend of the time.Try and find an 80s flick called 'The Hitcher' starring the excellent Mr. Hauer...
RH "Time to Die"I rewatched the original Blade Runner last night. Such a brilliant movie. Rutger Hauer absolutely nailed that role. I don’t believe he did much of note before or after that.
I kinda lost interest midway through season 1. Or maybe just forgot about it? Can’t remember.Any thoughts on Severance, Apple TV? I began the first episode but was distracted by family activity. Almost feel like moving on from it. Should I refocus and try again or is it overrated?
I just started Season 2. I will say this - when I first started watching season one, I wasn't that thrilled with it. The pacing was slow. As the show went along, it started to get more interesting. Just stick with it. The last episode of the first season is great.Any thoughts on Severance, Apple TV? I began the first episode but was distracted by family activity. It’s a thinking show. You can’t be on your phone and watch this show at the same time to enjoy it. It’s beautifully art directed, well acted, and mysterious. But its pace is at a slower clip than most.Any thoughts on Severance, Apple TV? I began the first episode but was distracted by family activity. Almost feel like moving on from it. I have one more episode to go. We've enjoyed it as well.Binge-watched season one of Landman. Entertaining and Billy Bob does a good job. The two female leads (ex wife and daughter) are over the top obnoxious and detract from the real story. I suspect they are there mainly for looks.
Overall, I’m glad I watched it and would recommend.
Try Wanted: Dead or Alive. It is more entertaining than good. Gene Simmons is the villain. Great ending.I rewatched the original Blade Runner last night. Such a brilliant movie. Rutger Hauer absolutely nailed that role. I don’t believe he did much of note before or after that.
Finishing up the final season of Seal Team then I think I'm moving on to Landman.Binge-watched season one of Landman. Entertaining and Billy Bob does a good job. She does get about ten people killed with the stubborn heroine that won’t listen to anybody routine.I tried American Primeval, I really did. Many said it was great. Got through two episodes and couldn’t take the main woman character anymore.
She is the worst written, dumbest, most worthless female character in a western, even by stupid Easterner in a harsh world stereotype standards I’ve ever come across.
Can’t finish it despite thinking everything else was really good. Her scheiss is just way too over the top annoying for me.
She was better as love interest character for Sherlock on CBS Elementary. She is the worst written, dumbest, most worthless female character in a western, even by stupid Easterner in a harsh world stereotype standards I’ve ever come across.
Forgot she was in that. She was better as love interest character for Sherlock on CBS Elementary.
