We lost our Dachshund last summer to leukemia. Not over it at all, nor is my 3 year old daughter, he was just 5. Going to get another one after we get through our new baby growing up a little bit. House just feels empty without him.

Just found and took in a dachshund 3 weeks ago. Had been used for breeding and then dumped on the street once she got old. Never been a fan of the breed nor wanted one. The think is ugly as sin, but its starting to grow on me. Now I have 3 dogs, two of which I never wanted.

abell, Sissy is a good singer! Can you also get her to stop? Once my two dachshunds get going, they go on until the cows come home!

I agree with SFA, y'all should come over to our Frog Pets thread on Killingsworth Court. We need to see pictures of all these great dogs, cats, reptiles, birds, horses and everything else in the Frog homes represented here.
