Started it a week ago. I could tell significant improvements regarding general aches, pains, and joint stiffness when I get up in the morning. I have a very stressful job and maybe placebo effect, but I feel a little more balanced. Lower pulse rate for sure helps with blood pressure.
I've done quite a bit of research this last week and CBD Oil is like anything else, product quality is not created equally by all of these companies. You can get a pretty quick sense of quality by the amount of information on their websites. Some of these companies are very much into the science of the CBD oils and the means by which the body absorbs them.
Endoca.com, CBDfx.com are a couple sites with really good info.
There's a popular CBD shop in Dallas selling BeeZBee CBD oil and their bottle has no instructions, their tincture droppers have no graduations for measurement, and their website is worthless. How can you trust a company like that?
Also, the MCT debate by bigpurple or whomever that was that went on was really kind of fruitless in that the MCT on the label has nothing to do with replacing the CBD oils themselves other than the MCT's are what improves efficiency of absorption. Good quality MCT's help the body absorb the CBD faster and more efficiently. It's not that CBD oils are substituted by MCT's as a cheaper alternative or to provide a legal loophole.
CBD actually is more efficient with MCT's so they are designed to work together.
