One Saturday morning when I was a young teenager I was looking thru the entertainment section of the paper for a movie to go to w/ friends, and I saw an ad for a 'performer' appearing at a local strip club. Her name was Lotta Top. Up to that point in my life, that was the funniest thing I had ever seen. Still makes me chuckle.

Welch was born as Jo Raquel Tejada on September 5, 1940, in Chicago, Illinois. Dad was Bolivian of Spanish decent and Mom was American of English decent.
