I just moved from there in December, and one of our favorite hangouts was a joint nestled up under the 146 bridge called Outrigger's. They were supposedly closing and moving, but I heard no more.

Where is your spot? The Seabrook side is very different from the Kemah side, and, being an old and somewhat crusty curmudgeon, I tended to like the Seabrook side. Besides, I think Tilman Fertitta owns just about everything that isn't nailed down in Kemah.

Many years ago - it’s been like it has been for 20 years. This new deal is going to be great on the 146 S traffic to Galveston. The bridge and turn at NASA 1 have been the bottle neck for ages!

Yeah, that intersection of NASA 1 and 146 has always been a mess. My trick was to just go straight through the light and run down to Todville Rd., then go right to get to either the fresh markets or over to Redfish. Oops, Outriggers.

I watched a yacht full of ladies flash us while dining with my entire family at Outriggers one afternoon. Fun but awkward
