Spot on dude!I'm all for the little guy but Boise and us weren't allowed to lose a game to get to a BCS game.
That is a big difference to me.

Whether they "deserve" to be there or not, I don't know how anyone without a personal connection to one of the teams could be rooting for FSU. Always pull for the little guy.... this win would make those guys' decade
Not to me. Had we lost only one game last year we would have been in.I'm all for the little guy but Boise and us weren't allowed to lose a game to get to a BCS game.

Agreed. I think it's a joke that they're in a BCS game. Not at all the same circumstances as TCU. NIU got in on a fluke rule that has never happened before. I kinda hope FSU kills them just to prove a point. Several more deserving teams should have had that slot.

Which fluke rule, RGIII?
We got in to the RB automatically because of the top 16, ahead of conference champ rule, if that's the one you are referring to.
Like who?
But the reason we were automatically in was that we won our non-AQ conference, finished in BCS top 16, and finished above an AQ champ, same as NIU this year, and Utah in 05, Boise in 07, Hawaii in 08, Utah in 09, Boise in 10.We were undefeated.

Not a "fluke rule that has never happened before".
