The islands are nice. Honolulu is a [ Finebaum ] hole and Aloha stadium is most certainty one of the worst stadiums in the world and surrounded by run down crap. It really needs improvements but the state and the University cannot afford to do anything at this time. Back when Hawaii was actually good in the LT days, the place was rocking. The only issue I had then were the folks living there are real passionate and wanted to fight. I mean the cheerleaders and some of their hooligan folks on the field came up into the TCU side and started many fights. Only stadium I have ever been that I actually thought I was going to get hurt by opposing fans. Plus, the stadium cheered when LT was carted off the field for a ankle injury. Screw that program.
