No, but if 1/1 of your conference members' fan-bases are delusional this will happen. The real statistic of note is that only 1/14 of conference schools can be champion. That's the problem with the SEC. There are probably 8 or 9 schools where if you don't in the league sometime in a five year span, you're out no matter what.
