I don't think the Twitter author know what trolling means.

If they had said "Nationally ranked concussion research", that would have been trolling. If they had said posted our defensive ponts per game and then the score of our last game, that wold have been trolling.

This is just an ad for Oklahoma at a time when OU is playing in the area.

And they've been running their ads in the Metroplex newspapers since I was doing TACRAO work back last century. Pretty standard fare for colleges to do this around this time of year for recruitment. Still.....as you can imagine, I know a ton of kids who enrolled at OU in the past three years. Some had quality academic credentials. The majority were meh to somewhat less than meh.
