not in today's world, all above board and just set up a trust funding nil money, if i recall, pickens donated just over 1B in his lifetime and after death to ok state.

his biggest mistakes was too much money to academics, those people are nothing but leaches, keep what you kill i say and the world could do without a few profs with expertise in european literarture in the 18th century, socioligy, etc....all that knowledge can be gained at the public library and honed over pitchers of beer

take that back, i would endow a trade school in the ranch management department just so we could see a bunch of student welders walk over after a day of classes in their protective garb, hair plastered from sweat, face dirty, exposed skin at the neck and wrist areas slightly sunburned sitting at table in the cafeteria switching between discussions on who did the best bead work that day and how much they heard a recent grad is making while a table full of art history and sociology majors are worrying about the price of ramen

then bulk of money would be split between football, baseball, and rifle
