Found our new coach a house

Looks like Brad Wesley’s place from the final showdown in Roadhouse. Half expect Dalton’s Mercedes to be flying across the lawn!

Really? You're comparing what Day has done to the mess at Texas and a Florida team that is sub-500 this year? Not even slightly in the same ballpark. Day isn't going anywhere unless some NFL team decides they want him and he leaves on his own.
again, reports out there.
but there may be a pay site we can get the real answer from. they have great track records.

If you can afford the house the property taxes aren’t going to be a problem. Kind of like people that buy expensive cars/trucks with powerful engines and then complain about gas prices. If gas is their concern, a Honda Civic may be a better option than an 800 HP Hellcat.
An unlimited SALT deduction sounds nice about now. 10,000 limitation is just stupid

Agree, since homes are generally longer term investments, and the restricted deductibility is factored into buyers decisions, it’s an issue that really needs to get set one way or the other, or indexed, including standard deduction.

Yea, no on that. My peen is big enough that I don't worry about having a 9k sq ft house. That 37" TV tho.
