I think it's easy for us to underestimate the job because we don't like Baylor. But think about it: it's in the Big XII, it's in the heart of Texas for recruiting, there's a new stadium/facilities and a good amount of financial resources, it's possible to field winning teams at the highest level but you're not fighting against the legacy/partisans of some past legend (because the only one they've had is now a disgraced scumbag who was sacked).

I don't think there are many schools that can boast all of those things, no. I think there are probably two-three in each major conference, which comes in at about a dozen-fifteen.
